The 24-Port Copper managed switch (P0973JM) provides twenty-four 100Base-TX ports with RJ-45 connectors, two fixed 10/100/1000 stacking / uplink (ISL) ports and two 1000Base-X uplink (ISL) Gigabit (SFP) ports. The two 1000Base-X uplink (ISL) Gigabit (SFP) ports can be populated with MGBIC uplink (ISL) connector modules listed in Table 3. The switch allows high-performance, full-featured layer-2 Ethernet switching in small to medium-sized network applications, as well as high-performance direct end-station connectivity. Electrical connection: The backplane provides a modular design for the PLC, establishing electrical connections between independent components, including power supply and communication signals. Many PLC manufacturers use proprietary communication protocols on the backplane to ensure secure communication between I/O and CPU. Communication and Network communication protocol: FCP270 supports 2Mbps or 268Kbps HDLC fieldbus, and simultaneously supports communication for 100 series and 200 series FBMS. Network connection: Connect to the MESH control network via standard fiber optic 100Mbps Ethernet to achieve remote installation and distributed control. Fault Tolerance and Reliability Fault Tolerance operation: FCP270 offers a unique patented fault tolerance operation, consisting of two parallel running modules, ensuring continuous operation even in the event of hardware failure. Online update: Supports online image update, allowing for the replacement of executable images without closing the process. Maintenance and upgrade spare parts management: Ensure there is an adequate inventory of spare parts, such as FBM modules, etc., to deal with sudden failures. Upgrade options: There are multiple upgrade options available to replace the control processor and enhance system performance by 12. Time and Synchronization Time synchronization: Supports the use of external time from GPS satellites for time synchronization to ensure system time accuracy.
