Installation Method

Safety Discharge Protocol: Always isolate incoming 3-phase AC power and auxiliary 24 VDC. Wait at least 10 minutes to allow the high-voltage internal bus capacitors to discharge safely to below 50 VDC.

Backplane Insertion: Slide the EA-S0M unit along the guiding rails of the chassis rack. Push firmly until the high-current busbar contacts on the rear are fully engaged with the backplane.

PE Ground Bonding: Secure the unit using the front panel screws on the top and bottom of the module. Tightening these screws establishes the essential low-impedance safety ground (PE) connection.
