3. Operating Instructions
Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection: Wear an antistatic wrist strap connected to earth ground before handling the board.
CPU & Cooler Installation: Open the LGA1155 socket lever, insert the CPU aligned with the orientation keys, latch the lever down, and apply thermal grease before securing an industrial CPU cooler.
Memory Installation: Insert unbuffered DDR3 1333/1600 MHz DIMM modules into slots starting with DIMM_A1. Press firmly until the retaining clips snap into place.
Power Supply Connection: Connect standard 24-pin ATX power and 4-pin 12V CPU power cables from an industrial PSU.
Jumper Configuration: Set COM port operating mode jumpers (RS-232 vs. RS-422/485) prior to system bootup.
