Installation Guidelines:

System De-energization: Power down the VME rack and the tool mainframe. Never hot-swap the 0100-11000. as this can cause permanent damage to the A/D converters.

ESD Safety: Use a grounded wrist strap. The analog circuitry on this board is highly sensitive to electrostatic discharge.

Physical Alignment: Align the board with the card guides and seat the dual high-density connectors firmly into the backplane. Secure the mounting screws to ensure proper grounding.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Calibration Check: After replacement, it is recommended to run the tool's internal analog calibration routine to sync the new board with existing field sensors.

Contact Inspection: Periodically inspect the gold-plated edge connectors for oxidation. If signal "jitter" occurs, clean the pins with electronics-grade isopropyl alcohol.

Visual PM: During annual preventive maintenance, check for any heat-related discoloration on the board’s surface, particularly around voltage regulation components.
