General Information:
It is a module of the A6000 machine monitoring system.
The product is of American origin and has the dimensions of 24 cm * 17 cm * 6.5 cm with a weight of 0.38 kg.
Signal Input2:
The module has two independent sensor signal inputs: SENS 1H(z8)/SENS 1L(z10) and SENS 2H(d8)/SENS 2L(d10).
The compatible sensors can be either eddy current sensors (such as PR6423+CON021 produced by epro) or Hall-effect sensors (e.g., PR9376).
The input voltage range is 0…-27.3 V dc.
The module provides two -26.75 V DC power supplies for the sensors.
The sensor signals can be measured at the SMB interface on the front panel of the module, and the measured signal is the input signal x 0.15.
Signal Output2:
TTL Pulse Output: It has two TTL pulse outputs, one for each channel, with a voltage of 0…+5V. The pulse width and frequency are consistent with the sensor signal. This signal can be output at the rear terminals (z14/z16) or measured at the "Pulse" of the SMB interface on the front panel.
Key Phase Signal Output: There are two key phase signal outputs, one for each channel, with an output voltage of 24V. The key phase signal can be measured from the key phase slot, which not only indicates the rotational speed but also can determine the position of the shaft during rotation.
Characteristic Value Output: It has two current outputs of 0/4…20mA representing the rotational speed, one for each channel, and the output terminals are z18/b18 and z20/b20.

When using a multi-tooth trigger gear, the key phase pulses of the two shafts can be obtained in a mode of one pulse per revolution (independent of the phase).
