Installation and Maintenance

Installation

Mounting Setup: Ensure the 48 mm mounting arm tube is structurally rated to handle the unit's weight (approx. 28 lbs / 12.7 kg).

Cable Routing: Feed the prefabricated 24V DC power, Ethernet, and peripheral cables through the hollow interior of the mounting arm before attaching the unit.

Securing: Secure the integrated adapter to the tube. Use the rotatable mechanism to lock the unit into the optimal ergonomic viewing position.

Wiring Area Access: Loosen the rear cover screws on the lower wiring compartment to plug the IP65-rated connectors into their respective ports, then reseal the compartment tightly to maintain the IP65 rating.

Maintenance

Filter-Free Operation: Because the chassis uses a closed-loop internal fan and outer cooling ribs, there are no external air filters to clean or replace.

Chassis Cleaning: Clean the touch screen and aluminum housing using a soft cloth damp with mild, non-abrasive industrial detergents. Do not use high-pressure washers directly against the seam seals.

Storage Access: Internal flash storage media (such as compact memory cards) and the system clock's lithium battery are easily accessible via a dedicated, sealed hatch on the rear panel.
