Installation and Maintenance

Grounding: Ensure the grounding bracket provided is installed correctly; 575V systems are more prone to EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) than lower voltage systems.

Cooling: Even at 25A, the unit requires adequate airflow. Ensure the top and bottom vents are not obstructed by cable trunking.

SmartCard: Use the included SmartCard to back up parameters immediately after commissioning. This allows for a "plug-and-play" replacement if the drive is damaged.

Terminal Torque: Periodically check that power terminals are tight, as small-gauge wires in 25A units can be susceptible to vibration loosening.
