DIN Rail Mounting: Hook the upper spring-loaded rail catch onto the standard 35 mm DIN rail (EN 50022) and snap the bottom firmly into position.

Power Wiring: Wire primary and redundant 24 V DC supply feeds to the 4-pin plug-in terminal block (+24V / 0V for Power Input 1 and Power Input 2).

Initial Configuration & Management:

Connect a PC via an active Ethernet port on one of the installed modules.

Launch Hirschmann HiDiscovery or use BOOTP/DHCP to detect the device's MAC address and assign a static IP address.

Access the Web-based Interface (HTTP/HTTPS) or CLI (SSH/Telnet), log in, and immediately update the default administrative credentials.
