Nano+

The Nano+ charging contact offers off-the-shelf solutions in 5-25A, 50A, and 75A configurations. Built with a zero-maintenance chamfered edge base and patent-pending design, it has been tested for over 1 million cycles. It also offers improved misalignment tolerance of X: ± 5 mm, Y: ± 28 mm, and Z axis depression with 4mm of travel.

Enduro+

The Enduro+ charging contact offers a 100-700A solution for larger vehicles, with enhanced misalignment tolerance starting at 15mm in the x and y-axes, tested for over 1 million cycles. Available in standard (100A), wide (200A), and long (200A) configurations, it also allows for configurable travel and power take-off options. 

Key features:

Chargeline 0865

The Chargeline 0865 is a 2-pole charging rail designed for opportunity charging in applications that require millions of cycles. It offers high durability, a compact design, and flexible, modular installation, making it ideal for shuttle systems and AGVs in confined indoor spaces.

Wireless Charger 3.0

The WirelessCharger 3.0 is a contactless inductive charging system designed for fully automated, intervention-free charging. It optimizes charging through real-time communication between the battery management system and the inductive power supply, ideal for opportunity charging in AGVs, AMRs, and forklifts.

Jay RadioSafe

The Jay RadioSafe is a wireless emergency stop system designed to ensure operator safety in highly automated environments. Certified to SIL 3–PLe standards, it provides global safety for fleets of AGVs, robotized cells, and continuous process lines, offering a robust solution that operates independently of navigation systems.
