About the 531X305NTBAHG1
The 531X305NTBAHG1 card was designed to operate as a NTB/3TB terminal board.
It is a member of the 531X replacement drive board series. An array of features are provided by the board to its host drive.
Some of the interfacing capabilities of this board include power supplies, encoders, serial outputs, analog I/O, and relay outputs.
A number of integral board features are provided to the drive by this card. Regulated output supplies rated at 5 VDC and 15 VDC are produced by the card.
531X305NTBAHG1 can also produce an unregulated output of 24 VDC and 120 VAC. 5V and 15V encoders can be configured with the integrated jumpers found on board.
The card also provides the drive with seven relay outputs. Each relay features a contact rating of 120 VAC at 1 A.
All relays are either form C or form A outputs. Four onboard potentiometers can be used to scale any inputted low level analog I/O signals.
Card integrity is reliant on users following all provided installation parameters outlined by the manufacturer.
Meeting these will help to reduce the risk of damages to the 531X305NTBAHG1 board as well as the overall drive system.
Since the card offers an array of necessary features to the board, installation must be performed by qualified personnel trained to handle drive cards.
Wiring guides found in the device manual and datasheet provide users with all necessary installation instructions.
The NTB/3TB terminal board was originally provided with technical support by the manufacturer, General Electric.
