This model can be used with simplex or triple redundancy application types. 

 The WEPA board does have a connected daughterboard.

About the IS215WEPAH2BB

Printed Circuit Board IS215WEPAH2BB has the capability to be used in simplex or triple redundant application types. 

 One feature that occurs when the WEPA model is being used in the Mark VI system is that it is in a fully programmable control system.  

There are three different software frame rates that are supported, which are in the range of ten to forty milliseconds.

  The frame rates indicate the amount of time elapsed between conditioning and reading the inputs, as well as sending the outputs, and executing the application software. 

 If wishing to change the application software it will be done through five levels of password protection and can be downloaded to the control module while the main process is running.

Some of the main components of the IS215WEPAH2BB board are the female plug connectors.  These plug connectors are located around the edge of the board and range from two to twenty pins. 

 In the lower right-hand corner of the board, there is a daughterboard.  

There are also four metal oxide varistors, three of which are close together on the lower left-hand side of the board. 

 The singular metal oxide varistor is located in the upper right-hand corner of the board.

The typical mounting location for the IS215WEPAH2BB board is in a VME rack with thirteen or twenty-one slots. 

The VME rack will then be located in the Control Module.  Along with this model, the control module will have a variety of I/O cards, plus the main processor card.  

This board will typically only take up one slot of the VME rack.
