Features

Prevent overshoot and vibration

· Acceleration and deceleration time · S-shaped characteristic switching, achieving smooth acceleration and deceleration.

Through feedforward control, a vibration-free and overshoot speed response is achieved.

Smooth operation

The adjustment of the speed controller (ASR) is also very simple.

The torque ripple has been reduced compared to our previous products, achieving smooth operation with a smooth and shock-free comfort.

High-performance sensorless starting torque compensation

With high-performance no-load sensor starting torque compensation (advanced anti-roll function *) and high-resolution absolute encoders, the impact during brake release can be reduced without the need for additional load sensors. It can simplify the control signal of the load sensor and does not require complex adjustments.

· Anti-backrolling: Change the control method to make the adjustment simpler.

Further shorten the control time and enhance responsiveness.

Anti-roll function: Eliminates speed changes when the brake is opened and provides torque compensation to prevent vibration.

Star-sealing contactor control function

It is equipped with a motor line-to-line star-sealing contactor control function, replacing the original mainboard control to prevent arcing problems caused by poor timing between the main contactor and the star-sealing contactor.

The control of the star-sealing contactor between motor lines is carried out to prevent short circuits in the output of the frequency converter.

This is a function for PM motors. Therefore, it cannot be used for induction motors.
