Part Number IS200TRPGH3B Manufacturer General Electric Country of Manufacture As Per GE Manufacturing Policy Series Mark VI/VIe Function Module Availability In StockIS200TRPGH3B is a Gas Turbine Primary Trip Terminal Board manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the Mark VI Series used in GE Speedtronic Gas Turbine Control Systems. The Primary Turbine Protection controller controls the Gas Turbine Primary Trip (TRPG) terminal board (VTUR or PTUR). Three voting circuits in TRPG feature nine magnetic relays, which connect to three trip solenoids (ETDs). The primary and emergency sides of the interface to the ETDs are formed by the TRPG and the TREG working together. For gas turbine applications, TRPG also accepts input from eight Geiger-Mueller脗庐 flame detectors. There are two different sorts of boards: The H1A and H1B versions include three voting relays built into each trip solenoid for TMR applications. For simplex applications, the H2A and H2B versions have one relay per trip solenoid. MARK VI SYSTEM: The TRPG functions with the VTUR board and supports simplex and TMR applications in the Mark* VI system. TRPG is connected to the VME rack, which houses the VTUR board, through cables with molded plugs. MARK VIe SYSTEM: The Mark VIe system's TRPG, which enables simplex and TMR applications, is managed by PTUR packs on TTURH1C. The D-type connectors on TTURH1C, which is connected to TRPG, accept the I/O packs as input. INSTALLATION: Directly connect the wires for the three trip solenoids to the I/O terminal block on the first I/O block. Attach the flame detector wires to the second terminal block, if applicable. Plug in the J3, J4, and J5 plugs to power the flame detectors. Attach the J1 plug to the 125 V dc power supply for the trip solenoids. Use the J2 socket to supply power to the TREG board. OPERATION: The main trip function is performed by the I/O pack/board by operating the TRPG relays, which trip the main protection solenoids. In TMR applications, a relay ladder logic two-out-of-three voting circuit is used to vote the three inputs in hardware. To determine whether to energize or de-energize the relay coil contact status, the I/O pack/board continuously monitors the current flow in its relay driver control line. For diagnostic purposes, supply voltages are tracked. The diagnostics check each TRPG relay's normally closed contact to make sure it is functioning properly.TERM. BD., TRIP PRIMARY GAS
