GE DS200SDCCG1AFD Mark V Turbine control panel with display DS200SLCCG1ADC

The DS200SDCCG1AFD drive control board is manufactured by General Electric for the Mark V Series turbine control system.

About DS200SDCCG1AFD Product Introduction:

The DS200SDCCG1AFD drive control board was originally manufactured for respected industrial retailer General Electric's Mark V family of turbine control systems. As you can most likely tell by its full name, the larger Mark V series of this DS200SDCCG1AFD product has specific applications in the control and management systems of compatible wind, steam and gas turbine automation drive components, and is considered a legacy series from GE, as it was eventually discontinued within a few years of its initial release. The Mark V series of the DS200SDCCG1AFD PCB, while a legacy family from GE, is also one of the final product lines from GE leveraging its patented Speedtronic control system technology. While this DS200SDCCG1AFD PCB itself can certainly be defined as a drive control board, the original development product for this feature that exists in the Mark V series is the DS200SDCCG1 female drive control board.

Hardware tips and specifications:

The GE Drive control board DS200SDCCG1AFD is the main controller of the Mark V Series autonomous driving. The GE Drive control board DS200SDCCG1AFD is equipped with three microprocessors and RAM, and can be accessed by multiple microprocessors simultaneously. You can configure the development board using jumpers and software tools on the development board. You can load the software configuration tool on your laptop, then download the configuration Settings from the motherboard and edit the Settings on your laptop. To download the configuration file to your laptop, you can connect the circuit board to the serial cable on the optional LAN communication card and connect the other end to the serial connector on your laptop. After editing the configuration file, upload it to the board using a serial connection. If you are having trouble making a serial connection, make sure the serial port on your laptop is configured correctly and check that the serial cable is connected and fully in place.

The DS200SDCCG1AFD board provides 8 jumpers for you to configure the behavior of the board. Some jumpers are used for factory testing purposes only and cannot be changed by the user. To change the position of the jumper, hold the jumper between your thumb and forefinger, then pull the jumper out of the pin. Move the jumper to the pin in the new position, then gently insert the jumper into the pin. Nine jumpers are also provided, which can also be used to configure the DS200SDCCG1AFD board. The above information represents the range of product-specific information available for the DS200SDCCG1AFD after analyzing its very limited explanatory manual material. That being said, the DS200SDCCG1AFD functional product number itself can be considered a good source of hardware information specific to the DS200SDCCG1AFD, coded for this DS200SDCCG1AFD Drive Control Board:

Normal Mark V Series components:
