Description

The redesigned AC SERVOPACK CACR-SR BF model was developed to replace the traditional SERVOPACK models that were introduced before the Σ series. Its circuit configuration adopts the latest technology.

The redesigned AC SERVOPACK supports all types of encoders used for AC servo drives: serial encoders and encoders that preceded serial encoders.

The redesigned AC SERVOPACK provides the operating environment for the following traditional SERVOPACK models: CACR-SR

( Speed control / Analog control, applicable to incremental encoders, base type ) CACR-SR

( Speed control / Simulation control, applicable to incremental encoders, base type ) CACR-SRBZ

( Speed control / Analog control, applicable to absolute encoders, pedestal type )

CACR-SRBE (This is the abbreviation of "Be" in English)

( Speed control / Digital control, applicable to absolute encoders, pedestal type )

1.2 Features

1.2.1 Compatible with the previous SERVOPACK working environment of the Σ series

Working environment:

• External dimensions / installation method

(For some models, additional components are required.)

• Main circuit terminals

• Control connectors and signal layout

• The encoder type of the previous Σ series can be identified through switch settings

(There is an encoder signal converter built-in.)

• Important adjustments such as speed gain adjustment can be made using potentiometer VR

(Just like the traditional model CACR-SR.)

1.2.2 Updates of the latest technology

BB and BZ)

• Basic functions and performance are comparable to the Σ-III series SERVOPACK

• Parameters of the Σ-III series SERVOPACK can be applied.

(Parameters are set using a digital operator.)

1.2.3 Servo motors with a wide range of applications

The redesigned AC SERVOPACK can be combined with various servo motor models by setting internal parameters: C series, M series,
